Isringhausen BMW Supports Salvation Army's Angle Tree Program

Every year, Isringhausen Imports in Springfield, IL comes together as a caring family to support other local families through various charitable efforts.  This year we’re partnering with the Salvation Army’s Angel Tree program, and we’re asking Isringhausen employees to join us by volunteering their time and/or donating funds.

Isringhausen Imports and employees have “adopted” 20 families from the Salvation Army’s Angel Tree program.  The parents of these families struggle to provide their children with many of their daily needs, much less have the ability to give them any fun Christmas gifts.  The Salvation Army has provided us with info about these families (names, ages, clothing sizes, shoe sizes, etc) along with lists of the items they’re in need of most this Christmas. Isringhausen Imports has asked employees to volunteer small portions of their personal time over the next few weeks to help shop for and prepare these gifts.

On Friday Dec 21st and Saturday Dec 22nd, we are planning to surprise and delight these children by delivering the gifts to their homes. Isringhausen Imports will set aside a portion of the proceeds from each car sold in the month of December to cover most of the costs associated with this important effort.  Our employees are also contributing personally to help these families by giving donations directly from their own paychecks towards this great cause.
