Isringhausen BMW is looking for a BMW Genius/Product Specialist — a tech‑savvy, customer‑focused brand ambassador who loves helping people understand and enjoy the latest BMW innovations. This is a non‑sales role centered on product knowledge, technology demonstrations, and creating exceptional ownership experiences.

You’ll work inside our newly remodeled BMW Center, a comfortable, relaxed, and modern environment designed to support great conversations and great customer service. And because Isringhausen BMW offers one of the most interesting and unique BMW assortments in the nation, you’ll be surrounded by vehicles that make the job genuinely exciting.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as our in‑house BMW technology expert
• Deliver personalized product walk‑arounds and tech demonstrations
• Support vehicle deliveries and post‑delivery technology sessions
• Keep demo and loaner electric vehicles charged and Level 2 chargers fully operational
• Create engaging social media content featuring new models and features
• Partner with Sales and Service to elevate the customer experience
